Michele Chudzinski is the Director of Operations at Paesano Akkashian, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, billing and invoicing, and financial management. She has over 10 years of experience in legal administration, and leverages that to maintain an efficiently run office and ensure that both the firm’s clients and staff are supported.

Michele joined Paesano Akkashian in 2017 as a legal assistant supporting the firm’s litigation practice before moving into her current role in 2020. As Director of Operations, she handles a wide range of behind-the-scenes responsibilities – from managing the firm’s billing and maintaining trust account compliance, to making sure the office is fully stocked with snacks. Michele’s dynamic experience allows her to approach her responsibilities with both practical knowledge and attention to detail, and she takes pride in helping create an organized and welcoming environment for the firm and its clients.

Outside of the office, Michele enjoys running and spending time with her family. She loves being a “sports mom” and watching her kids learn and grow through activity.
