Alec M. Torigian

Alec Torigian is an attorney in Paesano Akkashian, PC’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He represents companies and individuals in a variety of business cases including contract actions, shareholder disputes, warranty, and financial claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Alec negotiates and drafts various types of contracts and advises clients on all aspects of business planning, entity formation, and compliance.

Alec’s clients can count on him to analyze complex legal issues with great attention to detail and to vigorously advocate for their best interests. His extensive research and litigation experience has taught him to anticipate problems and every counter-point, enabling him to plan a well-thought-out case. Alec is a zealous advocate with the ability to distill complex issues before a judge and potential juries.

Alec completed his undergraduate education and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Michigan State University. During law school, Alec worked in-house for a large insurance company and as a summer associate while studying for the bar exam. Alec is admitted to practice law in Michigan and Illinois. In July of 2023, Alec was elevated to a partnership position with Paesano Akkashian.

Prior to joining Paesano Akkashian, Alec worked as an associate at a large law firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan representing corporations, various businesses, and insurance companies where he continued to hone his skills in written and oral advocacy.

Outside of the office, Alec enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, family and friends. A proud Spartan, Alec is a devoted Michigan State supporter as well as a die-hard Detroit sports fan. He is an avid runner and enjoys running with local groups in the Metro-Detroit area.
