Grace supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, preparation of court documents, discovery coordination, and hearing and trial preparation. She works closely with the team to help ensure matters progress efficiently and successfully on behalf of the firm’s clients, while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail throughout the litigation process.

Prior to joining Paesano Akkashian, Grace worked in real estate litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in the legal field and gained experience managing complex matters in a fast-paced environment. She also spent a decade in hospitality, most notably with SheWolf Pastificio & Bar as Guest Relations Coordinator, where she developed her passion for client service and relationship management.

Grace earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Wayne State University and completed her ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification through Oakland University. She is known for her warm, organized, and client-focused approach, as well as her dedication to supporting both the firm and its clients.
