Matthew Enright is an associate attorney at Paesano Akkashian who specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Matthew regularly represents a variety of clients—businesses and individuals— in complex commercial litigation ranging from contract and shareholder disputes to employment matters. Matthew has significant experience litigating in courts throughout the State of Michigan, and aggressively advocates for his clients, in and out of the courtroom.

Prior to joining Paesano Akkashian, Matthew worked as an associate at a large, reputable law firm. He focused there on litigating complex fraud claims involving intentionally deceptive practices by litigants. While attending Wayne State University Law School, Matthew worked as a summer clerk for Judge Nancy Edmunds of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He has also previously interned for Judge Annette Berry of Wayne County Circuit Court.

Matthew’s experiences in law school were robust. He served as an Associate Editor on the Wayne State Law Review, and took part in the the Business and Community Law Clinic as a student attorney, where he assisted a Detroit-based business draft a Master Services Agreement to use with its independent contractors. Matthew also completed in the Wayne State Transactional Law Competition, all experiences which put him on the path to being an efficient and passionate advocate for his clients.

Outside of the office, Matthew is a big basketball and football fan. He enjoys the outdoors, and especially camping with his wife and dogs.
