Melanie serves as Lead Paralegal for the Corporate Transactions team at Paesano Akkashian, PC, where she supports attorneys and clients in a wide range of corporate and business transactions. Her work includes assisting with transaction documentation, corporate governance matters, due diligence, closing coordination, and general legal support for the firm’s transactional practice. Melanie is committed to helping ensure that client matters are handled efficiently and professionally. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys to support the preparation, review, and management of documents and information throughout each stage of a transaction. Melanie graduated from Central Michigan University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Law and Economics and a minor in Legal Studies.
